The Federation Internationale des Adminitrateurs de Bien-Conceils Immobiliers (FIABCI) or The International Real Estate Federation is a Paris-based nonprofit association comprising 120 real estate organizations worldwide.
The International Real Estate Federation’s Prix d’Excellence Awards are among the highest honors that are bestowed in real estate development. The association’s prestige and comprehensive stringent awards criteria ensure that only the best of the best in real estate development are honored every year.

Since 1975, FIABCI Malaysia has been instrumental in promoting FIABCI’s ideals while instilling exceptional standards to real estate developers in Malaysia through many of its programs and its prestigious Malaysian Property Award.
