The Westside One Priority Sales Event at Desa ParkCity

On June 5, 2010, The Westside One condominium at Desa ParkCity had its Priority Sales Event and the response was simply overwhelming.  Throngs of folks gathered at specially set-up tents to queue up to get into the Show Gallery to place a booking for their future homes in this 40-storey luxury condominium.

At 8.30 am, the crowd is about 100-strong.

Once inside the Show Galley, invited registrants quickly chose their units and booked them immediately.

The queue started at 4 pm on the day before the actual event.  A sumptuous buffet breakfast and lunch was offered to all queuing invited registrants.  About 400 invited registrants attended this event.  Some buyers were rewarded with 3% early bird discounts and repeat buyers with good standing also got to enjoy a 2% repeat buyer discount.
