Setting New International Standards, Making Malaysia Proud
Luminaries in the property developement industry from around the world gathered in Bali for the FIABCI Prix d’ Excellence Awards 2010 held in conjunction with the annual 61st FIABCI World Congress. The Prix d’ Excellence Awards represents the pinnacle of excellence for property developers around the world, as it honors the world’s best projects from around the world in various categories such as Environment, Master Plan, Residential, Commercial, Office, Hotel and some other special categories.
Mr Yaw Chee Siew, Chairman of PPSB and Mr Lee Liam Chye, Group CEO of PPSB are all smiles as they show the FIABCI Prix d’ Excellence Award to all.
These awards are conferred based on the judgement from an international panel of judges that are made up of industry experts and professionals, such as presidents of professional associations, architects, surveyors, appraisers and developers. The judging criteria are based on the general description of the project, its architecture and design, its development and construction qualities, its financial and marketing aspects, environmental impacts and how the project benefits the community it serves.

In the Low Rise Residential Category, Perdana ParkCity Sdn Bhd was the proud winner of this prestigious award for Adiva, one of Desa ParkCity’s many beautiful neighborhoods. A winner at the FIABCI Malaysia Awards last year, Adiva automatically qualified for the Prix d’ Excellence Awards. The Awards Ceremony was held at The Westin Resort in Nusa Dua, Bali amidst grand pageantry. The prestigious award was received by Mr Yaw Chee Siew, Chairman of Perdana ParkCity Sdn Bhd.
