CASAMAN SIGNATURE HILLHOMES SOLD OUT!

Like nothing we have ever seen, the Casaman Signature Hillhomes Priority Sales Event on June 26, 2010 was over almost immediately after the sale began.  Due to the very high number of registrants for this event, Perdana ParkCity Sdn Bhd had initially planned an elaborate queuing system to accommodate the high traffic. However, we were surprised to see that some super enthusiastic customers started to queue up outside our Sales Gallery 17 days before the actual Priority Sales Event!  It was this that prompted Perdana ParkCity Sdn Bhd to implement a balloting system for entry numbers into the Show Gallery to book the Casaman units in order alleviate the discomfort of guests queuing for days on end.

The balloting started at 8.45 am.  To ensure complete fairness in the proceedings, the invited guests themselves were invited to try their luck in getting the lowest queue number.  Great care was taken to ensure that every invited registrant got their turn to pick their lucky number.  A delicious buffet spread was offered at breakfast and lunch to all invited guests.

Some 700 guests were present to try their luck at picking the lowest queue number and hence get first pickings of the units on offer.  The sheer excitement and buzz of the lucky draw was palpable, as guests queued up to pick their entry numbers.  Lucky guests who picked single digit or double digit numbers gushed with glee as applause filled the air.  Others who picked really high numbers cringed in a light-hearted way but still chose to stay to see if they could still get a chance to book a unit.
